Email2Mobile & Mobile2Email

MobJab IMPS Gateway is now Email enabled. There are two ways to use Email2Mobile & Mobile2Email facility:

1. You can send an Email to anybody on the go from your mobile handset via your IMPS client. Login to your IMPS client with your MobJab Account and send an email with the format user@domain EmailID and it would deliver to the Email receipients inbox.

2. You can also have a one to one chat conversation with a Email User (who is not a MobJab User) and enjoy a seamless chat experience.

The Email client users can send Email message to a MobJab user with the ID UserName@mobjab.mobi and that Email message would be delivered to the MobJab IM user. Similary the MobJab user can reply back to that Email message and the Email sender would get that message from the MobJab User in his Email Client.

There can be 2 ways of starting the chat conversation:

1. Email2Mobile:

An email client user can send a MobJab User an email in the format of UserName@mobjab.mobi. This will open a conversation tab on the MobJab User connected. Then the MobJab user can reply back to the Email User and have a conversation. If the MobJab User is online then he would get the message immediately else the MobJab User would get the offline message in case the MobJab User is offline.

2. Mobile2Email:

MobJab Users can also send a message to an email user in the format of user@domain.com. MobJab Users can also add the EmailID to their contact list by just adding manually user@domain in their contact list. Or they can also just send a message to user@domain EmailID and it would deliver to the Email receipients inbox.
