Members opt-in to receive advertisements and promotions at registration. At any time, you may adjust the maximum number of messages received by updating your personal profile in the Profile section on the Service website.

You can opt-in to receive promotions or offers from advertisers and partners via several technical platforms (e.g. SMS, WAP, web). At any time during participation in the Service, you can enable or disable any such platform by updating your personal profile in the Profile section on the Service website.

Member Choices For Use Of Information

Your Service account can be deleted or deactivated, but doing so will result in not being able to receive any further messages or access any member-only area of the Service site. Please contact info@MobJab.com for further instructions about deleting or deactivating your MobJab Service account.

A member may discontinue participation in the Service at any time by submitting a termination request through email at info@MobJab.com. Any residual information will be deleted within 30 days of cancellation.

Consent

By disclosing your personal information on the Service web site, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal information by the Service in the manner set out in this privacy statement.

MobJab reserves the right to change this Statement, and/or any part thereof, at any time. Any change to the Statement shall be effective upon posting the modified Statement on the Service web site under Privacy Statement and MobJab notifying the posting of the modified agreement on the Service web page for a period of 30 days. Member's non-termination or continued use of Service after this period shall be deemed acceptance of the modified Statement.
