Account Management
You
can manage (add, edit, modify, delete) your External IMs
registrations via the Web
Client Applet.
Make
sure you are disconnected from MobJab Account from mobile
IMPS client first. This allows the User Account Management
process your account correctly.
Your
MobJab ID is in the form username (note that @mobjab.mobi
is not required to login to the web client).
Once
you have logged in to the web client clicking on Main Tab
Account
Manage
Services will allow you to handle External IMs registrations
of your MobJab account.
External
IM account and password are your account details for AIM/ICQ,
MSN, and Yahoo. You need to have an account on these services
to be able to use the gateway.
After
selecting Manage Services option you need to choose which
External IM Service you wish to manage by double clicking
on the External IM Service name.
Enter the excat External IM account login details as follows:
1.
AIM Transport handles AIM Accounts and ICQ Accounts. For
AOL IM (AIM) Only the ID is required. No Need to add @aim.com
and for ICQ only the ICQ Number is required.
2.
MSN Transport handles MSN/Live Accounts. For MSN Messenger
the compelte ID in the format of user@hotmail.com is required.
3.
Yahoo Transport handles Yahoo Account. For Yahoo Messenger
Only the ID No Need to add @yahoo.com
4.
XMPP Transport handles GoogleTalk-Gtalk Messenger and Jabber-XMPP
Messenger. The complete ID user@gmail.com or user@jabber.org
is required.
5.
FaceBook Transport handles FaceBook Messenger. Only FaceBook
Username
is required. No Need to add @facebook.com
If
you are not sure what Facebook username is or if you actually
have a username or not click on the following link:

Login
to Facebook account of yours. If your username is already
setup then you would get this message:
Your
username has been set. You can now direct your friends to
facebook.com/username
If
your username is not setup on facebook then you would get
this message:
Before
you can set your username, you need to verify your account.
If
you have a mobile phone that can receive SMS message, you
can verify via mobile phone. If not, please try to register
your username at a later time.
After
making the required changes of Registration/Edition log
out/sign out of the web client and then log back into your
IMPS client on your mobile handset.
